Bible Art Journaling
TODAY
You can use this Traceable as a colouring page (this is great for kids and for homeschooling too), or you can TRACE the Traceable into your Bible, sketchbook or paper of choice. After tracing it, just colour and decorate your piece of art. 💛
To Create This Project, You'll Need:
Watercolours &/or Colouring Supplies
I love using watercolours to colour in my Traceables. You only need ONE type of watercolours.
However, you can use whatever colouring supplies you'd like to use including markers, pencil crayons, gel pens and more!
The Paper
You can use a Journaling Bible such as this one - Illustrating Bible, Psalms and Proverbs. But you could also use a sketchbook or a loose sheet of watercolour paper.
A Paint Brush
Having an assortment pack of paintbrushes is handy. But if you only have one brush - a "Round" size 6 or size 7 is ideal.
*I do not recommend using the cheap brushes that sometimes come with watercolour palettes.
Markers & Pens
I suggest: 1 black marker of your choice (that won't bleed when water goes over its lines), a pencil, eraser, and your choice of gel pens.
The Artwork
You'll need a device/computer to download the artwork, a printer to print it out on copy paper, and any other art supplies that you'd like to use.
The Extras
Many people enjoy listening to music while they colour and create. I like to have a great cup of coffee nearby. What's your favourite drink to have during your creative time?
