Paint, Sing and Make Music (Bible Art)

I loved playing around with these colours and products in Illustrated Faith’s Illustrating Bible! I adore the large size and square format that it comes in. Stencils and foam stamps are so much fun to use in art journals and Bibles. Inspired by a verse in the Psalms, I wanted to remind myself that painting is something that I can use to express worship to God (not just the traditional song and music, as important as they are). In fact, all three in combination can be a pretty powerful worship experience! For this page I used: Acrylic paints, paintbrush, water jar Washi tape (tab) Stencil (paintbrushes) by Donna Downey Studios Foam Stamps by Tim Holtz Black marker (for details and journaling) Baby wipes (to clean the stamps and stencil)
